Comfortable, service oriented charming hotel.
This property is located on a secondary street and all the rooms face away from the street. This equates to little to no noise generated by vehicle traffic. Unbeknownst to me, within Latin countries, dogs are not disciplined for barking excessively no matter the time of day or night. This is to be expected. The property has wonderful charm and our hosts went above and beyond, within their span of control, to make our stay pleasurable. The beds are comfortable, pillows were acceptable and the bathroom was spacious with hot water that never ran out. Internet is okay, perhaps not the best for business/nomad purposes. Staff was friendly, very attentive, and patient (we spoke very little Spanish). They will schedule tours, which were of quality. Personal laundry is outsourced and the staff can schedule this service for you for a nominal fee.

Beutitul hotel, conveniently located near restaurants and the main square
The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to restaurants and the main square. The architecture is beautiful - open courtyard, lovely landscaping, wooden balconies, clay-tiled roof! The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable, and breakfast was basic but good.

Perfekter Aufenthalt unsere Nr. 1 in Cusco

Cute hotel, great location and friendly staff
The hotel is located on a busy(ish) road and access can be a little difficult as the main door is straight off the road. The main door remains locked, but reception is always manned and will grant access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The communal area has free tea and a lounge area with books. The gardens are beautiful with a lovely view. Room access is a little difficult as you have to go up narrow stairs with suitcases. The rooms are relatively basic but have all you need. The bed was comfortable but there is a lot of noise from outside as the doors aren't particularly thick. Heating runs 7pm-7am (it does get cold at night, so this is needed) and the shower runs hot. Wifi worked well in my room, though it was close to the reception area. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff werelovely. Really good value for money and I'd stay again in the future.
